Ways to contribute
Volunteering is flexible and doesn't require STEM experience — just interest and a willingness to learn.
Article writing
Research and write STEM articles in clear, engaging language for a student audience.
STEM research
Dig deep into topics, fact-check drafts, and help make sure our science is accurate and current.
Finding opportunities
Track down competitions, mentorship, internship, scholarships, research programs, and summer opportunities worth sharing with our students from all over the world.
Social media
design and share articles in a more interesting way about intresting topics related to STEM, and help students find STEM_Lens in the first place.
Graphic design
Design illustrations, workshop materials, and visuals for the site and our social channels.
Outreach
Connect with schools, clubs, and student communities — especially students who could use these opportunities most.
Publish an article
Not ready to join as an ongoing volunteer? Write a single STEM article and submit it for our editorial team to review and publish on the site.
